Refund Policy

Daiku offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You will only be charged if you explicitly choose to subscribe after your trial ends.

If you are not satisfied after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Requests after 7 days are evaluated case by case.

For annual subscriptions, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment. After that, we may offer a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued when: the request is more than 7 days after the charge; the account was suspended for Terms violations; cancellation was not completed before renewal; or for unused features within an active period.

Contact hello@daiku.app with the subject "Refund Request", including your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day window.

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
